If you’re doing everything you can to support yourself or your family, but nothing seems to change, you’re in the right place. So many people are carrying the weight of today’s pressures, whether that’s school or work stress, challenges like ADHD, anxiety, or depression, a family change or loss, or simply trying to find your path in life. You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. I’d love to connect and talk about what support could look like for you or your child.

I start our work together by getting to know your challenges, along with your strengths and interests. From there, we collaborate to build strategies that actually fit who you are, with a plan for putting them into practice. When it’s helpful, we may also connect with family or professionals on your support team, since a comprehensive approach can make a real difference.

My family includes my two teenage daughters, my partner, and his two adult sons who are both in college, one pursuing his undergraduate degree and the other in graduate school. We also have two sweet furbabies, a dog and a cat. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, going to concerts, and staying active, especially outdoors when it’s warm. In the winter, you may find me under a blanket or near the fireplace, streaming a good series or movie.
