Dr. Carolyn Berger
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Supporting Clients of All Ages & Families
MEd/EdS & PhD in Counselor Education, University of Florida
BA in Psychology, Northwestern University
I work with clients of all ages and have expertise in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors. I’m relationally focused and highlight clients’ strengths throughout the counseling process. I love exploring ways to integrate therapeutic supports with each client’s interests. I utilize CBT/DBT techniques, self-compassion, and empowerment strategies to help clients progress toward their goals. I frequently work with families navigating our complex educational systems and, when needed, assist with school or college accommodations.
I am a parent to two teen daughters, a dog and a cat! I love spending time with my family, playing tennis, going to concerts, and being physically active – especially outdoors when it’s warm out!

Pre-licensed Professional Counselor
Supporting Children, Teens, and Parents
Bilingual: English & Spanish
MA in Counselor Education: University of Minnesota
I work with children and teens who are struggling with big emotions, anxiety, and questions about identity, and with parents who are feeling overwhelmed and could use support of their own. Together, we’ll connect and build skills, not just talk about problems. For kids and teens, that means learning to identify emotions as they occur, cope with anxiety and stress in ways that actually work, and build the kind of self-understanding that makes childhood and the teen years feel less like survival mode. For parents, it means learning practical, evidence-based strategies to reconnect with your child and parent from your values instead of your exhaustion.
I take a relational, holistic approach, meaning we’ll look at the whole picture: your relationships, culture, strengths, and lived experiences, not just your challenges. I’m a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) who brings warmth and curiosity to every session, along with real strategies grounded in what actually works.

Wyatt Schroeder, MA
Pre-licensed Professional Counselor
Supporting Children, Teens, & Young Adults
MA in Counselor Education: University of Minnesota
Pressure can come from a lot of places: academics, sports, and the sense that you should already know who you are, just to name a few. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, athletes, and high performers navigating exactly that kind of overwhelm. As a former University of Minnesota football player, I understand the demands of performance firsthand, along with the pressure that can come with competition and identity.
My approach is collaborative and grounded, supporting growth in both personal and performance areas. I help clients build confidence, manage life pressures, and navigate the transitions that come with sport, school, and life more broadly. As a licensed school counselor, I can also integrate academic, career, and college preparation supports as needed.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not judged. Whether you’re navigating a transition or just feeling stuck, I hope to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
